Delivery Policy
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
All orders will be delivered within 3–7 working days.
Orders placed on Public Holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
Any orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday.
We deliver islandwide. A full postal address is required, including postal code and city, clearly filled at checkout.
Delivery will be made only to the shipping address stated on the order.
If you wish to change the shipping address due to an unavoidable circumstance, a written request must be made to hello.hypehive@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +94 71 12 10 900. We will accommodate your request only if the order has not been dispatched at the time of such request.

Free delivery For Orders Above LKR 10000
Orders with a weight above 1KG will be subject to an additional delivery charge for each additional 500g.
Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
Return and Exchange Policy
At Hype Hive Clothing, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Important things to know — Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, or that are without original tags/packing.
Certain items such as sale items and accessories are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Please note that delivery fees are not refundable.

Step 02 — Get your exchange approved
Our team will review your request.
Once your exchange is approved, pack the item with original tags.
Our courier will pick it up from your doorstep and deliver your replacement order.

Price Differences
If the new item costs more: you’ll need to pay the difference.
If the new item costs less: the difference amount won’t be refunded.
Courier Charges
All courier charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer.
